Responsibilities :
As the Event Manager at Adron Homes Properties within the Directorate of Public Affairs, you will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating diverse events and programs. Your responsibilities include:
 Event Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
 Client Liaison: Work closely with stakeholders to understand event requirements, preferences, and expectations. Provide personalized service to exceed expectations.
 Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to secure services, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality products and services.
 Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate event teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration among team members.
 Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
 Event Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events internally and externally, maximizing attendance and visibility.
 On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure events run smoothly, providing excellent customer service to guests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
 Academic and professional qualifications: B.Sc./HND and relevant professional qualifications
 Proven 10 years of cognate experience as an Event Manager with a successful track record in various sectors.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Knowledge of event management software and tools.
 Creativity and innovation in event planning.
 Ability to manage stakeholders, organize events locally and globally for Adron Homes.
 Ability to travel with short notice and collaborate to achieve exceptional results.
