As the Public Affairs Manager ADRON HOMES, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events hosted at our esteemed establishment. Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Ø Event Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of events.
Ø Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations. Provide personalized service to exceed client satisfaction.
Ø Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest quality of products and services.
Ø Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate event teams, including catering staff, decorators, and other event professionals. Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members.
Ø Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ø Event Marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote events, both internally and externally. Utilize various channels to maximize event attendance and visibility.
Ø On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that events run smoothly. Provide a high level of customer service to guests during events.
Qualifications and Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Ø 10 Years cognate experience in event management across various sectors.
Ø Ability to manage stakeholders, and organize events locally and globally for Adron Homes.
Ø Ability to travel with short notice and collaborate to achieve great and exceptional results.
Ø Proven experience as a Public Affairs Manager, with a successful track record of planning and executing events.
Ø Knowledge of event management software and tools.
Ø Creativity and innovation in event planning.
