Rehoboth Park & Gardens Phase 1
The Estate falls within the Mawejo/Ajibada village excision and Aba Oniresi Village Excision. The Estate is covered with a Global C of O  (No. 7a/7a/2015j) and there exists a Deed of Assignment with the Global C of O holders with the Governors consent ongoing.

Rehoboth Park & Gardens Phase 2
The Estate is beside the Free Tade Zone and was bought from holders of Global C of O (No.8/8/2014m) and has governor’s consent file No: LSD/GC/104994(under processing).

Treasure Park & Gardens
The Estate has several Deeds of Assignment with the previous owners; the Governor’s consent process is at an advanced stage.

Treasure Park & Gardens (Phase 1)
The Estate is covered by Ogun State Government C of O (No SA/RT/C.137) dated the 28th July, 2017.

Manhattan Park & Gardens
The Estate is covered by Statutory Right of Occupancy NO. P/16254 and duly registered as NS.35144 in the Nassarawa GIS.
