Rehoboth Park & Gardens Phase 1
The Estate has a Deed of Purchase/Deed of Assignment from the Traditional Owners duly registered. The Estate shall be covered with a Global C of O  (No. 7a/7a/2015j).

Rehoboth Park & Gardens Phase 2
The Estate has a Deed of Purchase/Deed of Assignment from the Traditional Owners duly registered. The Estate is covered with a Global C of O(No.8/8/2014m) and has governor’s consent file No: LSD/GC/104994(under processing).

Treasure Park & Gardens
The Estate has a Deed of Purchase/Deed of Assignment from the Traditional Owners duly registered. The Estate is covered with a Global C of O.

Manhattan Park & Gardens
