Group Head Corporate Services
Shola is the Group Head Human Resources. She is a versatile and experienced professional with over 12 years’ cumulative experience spanning business administration, law practice, legal drafting, human resources management, facilities management and procurements.
Prior to joining Adron as Group Head HR/Admin in 2015, she worked in various organizations as Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Business Development Manager, Human Resource Manager and as a Legal Counsel to mention but a few thus honing her professionalism, communications and strategic thinking skills.
As the Group Head Human Resources, Shola is a skilled manager in Conflict Resolution, Personnel Development, Recruitment and Retention; overseeing the sporadic growth of the company from staff strength of 192 to 414 staff in 2015.
Until November 2016, Shola was the Group Head Human Resources and as December 2016, the staff strength has grown to about 800 staff. Owing to our large client base and the company’s customer service delivery promise; a new department was created in November 2016 – The Client Service Department.
Shola Orunmuyiwa was transferred to head the department and create a good interface between the customers and the company while ensuring excellent customer service delivery at all times. She is also tasked with the responsibilities of promoting the company’s corporate image. She has attended several management courses and is registered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Practitioners Route.
Shola currently serves as the Group Head Corporate Services. Her hobbies include writing, teaching and travelling.

Temitope Irewole has over 7 years’ experience in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Advisory services, microfinance banking and construction project controlling.
Prior to joining Adron Homes and Properties Ltd, Irewole worked with Accion Microfinance Bank where he was an outstanding Branch Controller. He also served as the Head of Accounts and Executive Project Controller in an indigenous construction company.
Irewole is a graduate of accounting and a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Microfinance Certification Program).
Irewole has over time demonstrated an outstanding provision of intellectual leadership on internal controls, its formulation and implementation and review.
He has attended several local courses in Internal Control and Risk Management.
GROUP HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN
Azuru Ihuoma (NEE AZUARU) is the GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN of (ADRON HOMES AND PROPERTIES LTD). Her nine years Corporate and two years consultancy in Human Resources and Entrepreneurial Professional Experience covers Banking, communication, Human Resources Diplomatic Service, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship and Management.
Ihuoma Azuru in her career as a filled the gap Project Development and Strategic Supply Management and to support exceptional companies seeking Supply Chain Management, Corporate Profile Up scaling, Managerial Investment Growth and Marketing Management. Previously, she worked in Finance and Marketing roles in a Global Investment Bank’s Corporate and Retail Banking Departments covering Portfolio Management, Wealth Acquisition and Credit/Risk Growth Strategy , Client Relationships Management and institutional banking regional head. She also worked as a Consultant and Supervisor at Oil and Gas Upstream Firm, a Prefabrication Property Development Company. Aside from her Internship as a National Diplomatic Protocol Officer, she also worked as the key profitability growth in Communication.
As Part of Ihuoma’ Passion and Commitment to building strong, talent hunt communities through Youth and gender initiatives, she volunteers as a committee member and works with Nonprofit Organizations Such as NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (UMUAHIA), and The Nigerian Red Cross in Family Economic Upliftment Programs, Projects that invest in Developing, Empowering Youths and Women; Upholding Family Moral Values, Sustainable Wealth Creation and Economic Stability, Nurturing Talent, Gender and Health Based Projects and Business Education.
She Consults (Market Pro and HR). She is a Graduate of Accountancy /Human resources, Masters Degree in Management and courses attended in Consulting, Effective Communication, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Marketing/Selling, Customer Service Officer’s Course Money Laundering, Corporate Governance for Nigeria, Information Security SB, Human Resources Management, AML for Nigeria. A member of Chartered institute of bankers, Chartered institute personnel management and National Employee Consultative Association.
